Finding a three-bedroom home for under $1 million in the Greater Toronto Area is challenging, but a study by Wahi identifies 11 communities where this is possible. Most are in Durham Region, including Scugog, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Clarington, Oshawa, and Brock. The lowest median price is in Brock at $720,000, while King has the highest at $1,700,000. Scarborough offers the lowest price in Toronto at $1,025,000. Three-bedroom homes dominate sales in 26 of 30 communities, with Oshawa having the highest share at 79%.
