Home prices and sales in Mississauga have declined significantly, with a 35.3% drop in sales from November to December. The average price for all housing types fell 1.7% to $977,833. Detached home prices decreased by 2% to $1,397,177, while semi-detached homes saw a 4.3% increase. New listings dropped by 60.3%, leading to longer market times. Despite the slowdown, there are expectations for increased housing demand and improved market conditions in 2025, aided by potential rate cuts.
