Peel Region sees 2.4% jump in home prices: Average hits $1.02 million

The average home price in Peel Region reached $1.02 million in May 2025, up 2.4% from April but down 4.6% year-over-year. Sales dropped 13.5%, while active listings rose 51.9%. Detached homes averaged $1.32 million, semi-detached $924,571, attached $864,867, townhouse condos $709,737, and apartment condos $567,621. Prices have nearly doubled since 2015 across all home types.
