Milton home prices plunge 5.8 per cent to $964,086 in August 2025

In August 2025, Milton's average home price was $964,086, down 5.8% from July and 9.4% from last year. Sales rose slightly by 0.8%, while active listings increased 38.1%. Prices fell across all home types: detached houses averaged $1.23M, semi-detached $943K, attached $830K, townhouse-style condos $625K, and apartment-style condos $555K. Since 2015, prices have risen significantly across all categories.
