Mississauga's average home price reached $1.04 million in May 2025, up 4.7% from April but down 5% year-over-year. Sales dropped 20%, while active listings rose 51.7%. Detached homes averaged $1.47 million, semi-detached $985,660, attached $1.02 million, townhouse condos $742,060, and apartment condos $584,398. Prices have risen significantly since 2015, with detached homes up 84.5%.
