Peel Region home prices slip 0.7 per cent to $1.02 million in June 2025

In June 2025, Peel Region's average home price was $1.02 million, down 0.7% from May and 5.8% from June 2024. Sales dropped 3.7%, while active listings rose 45.6%. Detached homes averaged $1.28 million, down 3.2% monthly; semi-detached and attached houses saw slight monthly price increases but year-over-year declines. Townhouse condos rose 2.7% monthly; apartment condos fell 1.3%. Prices have nearly doubled since 2015.
